Lilly Grace and Florian, an American-German couple, chose Italy to bring together their families and friends from across Europe and the United States. Set directly on the shores of Lake Como, Villa Erba became the setting for their romantic summer wedding. The ceremony took place at the water’s edge, with the lake and surrounding mountains forming a natural backdrop. A sculptural white arch framed the view, surrounded by soft pink and white roses, hydrangeas and greenery. The same floral palette continued at the entrance to Villa Erba, where cascading arrangements covered the doorway and softened the grandeur of the historic façade.
As evening approached, the celebration moved inside. Dinner was set within the villa’s richly decorated rooms, where pale pink linens, delicate florals and tall candles created a beautiful contrast with the deep colours, frescoes and ornate details of the interiors.The evening unfolded over dinner and heartfelt speeches, before turning into a lively celebration on the dance floor — a joyful ending to their summer wedding in Italy.
